Who should start here

Start here if your organisation develops, places on the market, substantially modifies, white-labels, rebrands, or changes the intended purpose of an AI system that may be high-risk. Deployers should also use this pack when the Accidental Provider Classifier shows provider-style risk.

Provider evidence workflow

  1. Classify role using the Provider vs Deployer guide.
  2. Run the Accidental Provider Classifier if your team modifies, rebrands, or fine-tunes the system.
  3. Build the first technical documentation gap map.
  4. Draft the post-market monitoring plan and incident handoff.
  5. Map conformity route, QMS, declaration, and registration readiness questions.
  6. Escalate unresolved legal, product-safety, standards, and conformity questions for qualified review.

What this pack does not do

This pack does not produce a complete quality management system, declaration of conformity, notified-body file, legal opinion, or CE-marking conclusion. It is the first structured evidence layer before expert review.

FAQ

Is this pack only for providers?

It is built for providers and accidental-provider candidates. Deployers can use it when modification, rebranding, fine-tuning, or intended-purpose changes create provider-style questions.

Does the pack include a full QMS?

No. It includes a QMS readiness map, not a complete quality management system. A full QMS should be built and reviewed against the applicable legal, standards, and organisational context.

Is the provider pack free?

Yes. This is a free lite pack intended to organise first-pass evidence. Implementation-grade evidence systems and advisory support sit outside this free starter.
