Summary

EU AI Compass provides free educational tools without a website account. Public tools calculate their results in your browser. Some tools save responses and progress in browser storage. Visiting a page still involves technical request data, and contacting us by email or telephone involves the information you choose to provide.

Who is responsible

The website operator identified below is responsible for its own handling of support correspondence and website operations. This policy covers the public website, browser-based tools and website support. It does not cover separate third-party websites or services reached through links.

Tool inputs and browser storage

The reviewed public tool code processes inputs in the browser and does not submit tool answers or generated results to an EU AI Compass server. The applicability checker saves portfolio and single-system entries and the selected tab. The training platform saves responses and progress. Simulations save scenario progress. Other tools can hold answers in page memory and generate downloads or copied text on your device.

Saved browser data can remain after the browser closes. The training page provides Clear saved training data. Use the relevant tool controls or your browser settings to remove saved site data. Exported files and copied text remain wherever you save or paste them; clearing browser storage does not delete those copies. Do not enter personal, confidential, customer, employee, production or legally privileged information into public tools.

Page delivery and technical information

Website hosting and network infrastructure process the requests needed to deliver pages, scripts, styles, images and downloads. Such requests can include an IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and referrer information. Hosting and network providers may keep operational and security logs. Browser-local tool processing does not mean that no personal data is processed anywhere.

The reviewed public pages serve their styles, scripts and icon library from the EU AI Compass website. They do not load Google Analytics, advertising trackers or Firebase. The reviewed website code does not set analytics cookies. Browsers and hosting infrastructure may use their own delivery or security mechanisms.

Email and telephone support

If you contact us, we receive the contact details, message, attachments and other information you provide. We use that information to respond, investigate a reported issue or grievance and meet applicable legal obligations. Email, telecommunications and hosting providers can process information as part of delivering those services. Share only what is needed for your enquiry; do not send sensitive tool inputs or confidential files.

Sharing and third-party links

We do not sell personal data or use the reviewed public website for advertising profiling. Service providers may process technical information or correspondence to deliver and support the website and communications. Information may also need to be disclosed where applicable law requires it. Links to Move78, official sources and other websites lead to services with their own privacy notices.

Retention and international processing

Browser storage remains until removed through a tool control, browser settings or the browser's own storage management. Contact us about access to or deletion of support correspondence. We retain correspondence as needed to handle enquiries and applicable legal obligations; service providers apply their own operational retention practices.

The operator is established in India. Website access, hosting, communications and network services can involve processing in other countries. The operator's location does not mean that all website-related data remains in India.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of personal data, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also contact the competent privacy authority where applicable.

We do not maintain central accounts or central records of public tool answers. We cannot retrieve or erase browser-local responses on your device remotely. Use the tool or browser controls for that data.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact abhishek@move78int.com so that we can investigate and respond.

This policy describes the public website code and operator-confirmed contact details reviewed on 17 October 2026. We will revise it when relevant website processing changes. The revision date identifies this policy version.
