Who we are

EU AI Compass is published by Move78 International Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. Contact: contact@euaicompass.com.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the public EU AI Compass website, the EU AI Compass mobile app, and related support contact points operated by Move78 International Limited. It does not control the independent privacy practices of hosting providers, CDNs, Firebase, app stores, browsers, operating systems, payment processors, network providers, or other third-party infrastructure used to deliver the service.

Data processed by the website

• Local browser storage: The website may store consent choices and selected tool progress in the user’s browser. This local storage is used to remember preferences and support browser-based tool workflows.
• No Google Analytics in this version: Google Analytics has been disabled on the website. The current website version does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, analytics measurement scripts, tag-manager scripts, or analytics measurement IDs.
• Static website delivery: The website is delivered through hosting, CDN, fonts, and static-asset services. These providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, request time, requested file, and security logs as part of normal website delivery and abuse prevention.
• No public-form submission workflow: The reviewed static website pages are designed as no-login, browser-based resources. Do not enter confidential, personal, customer, employee, production, trade-secret, health, financial, or legally privileged information into public webpages.

Data processed by the app

• On-device processing: The mobile app is designed so interactive compliance tools, training module quizzes, and decision simulations execute on the user’s device. Tool inputs, assessment answers, quiz scores, simulation decisions, and generated compliance records are not submitted to Move78 International servers.
• Content delivery: The app retrieves read-only educational content, including FAQ, glossary, timeline, blog articles, literacy modules, comic metadata, and reference content, from hosted content services. The app does not send tool inputs, quiz answers, simulation decisions, assessment results, account details, or identity-verification data to Firestore for those content queries.
• No accounts or login: The app does not require or support user accounts, registration, login, email entry, or identity verification inside the app.

What we do not do

• No mandatory user accounts, login, or email collection inside the website or mobile app.
• No sale of personal data.
• No advertising tracking or ad SDKs.
• No Google Analytics in the current website version.
• No analytics SDKs within the mobile app, including Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or third-party analytics SDKs.
• No intentional collection by Move78 International of tool inputs, quiz answers, simulation decisions, assessment results, device advertising IDs, fingerprints, location data, camera data, microphone data, or sensor data through the reviewed website and app workflows.
• No claim that local tool processing prevents ordinary website, font, CDN, app-store, payment, browser, operating-system, or network providers from processing technical request data under their own terms.

Third-party services

EU AI Compass uses third-party infrastructure to deliver the website, app content, fonts, static assets, app distribution, purchase flows, and support operations. These services are used for delivery and operations, not for advertising profiling by EU AI Compass.

• Website hosting and CDN: Static pages, images, scripts, stylesheets, and downloadable assets are served through hosting and content delivery infrastructure. These providers may process technical request data and security logs as part of normal delivery.
• Google Fonts: The website currently loads font files from Google-hosted font infrastructure. A user’s browser may make requests to Google font domains to retrieve those assets.
• Tailwind CDN: Some pages load Tailwind CSS from a CDN for presentation. A user’s browser may request that stylesheet/script asset from the CDN.
• Google Firebase Firestore (region europe-west3, Frankfurt, EU): The app uses read-only content queries for educational reference material such as FAQ, glossary, timeline, blog articles, literacy modules, prohibited practices, and comic metadata. Tool inputs, quiz answers, simulation decisions, and assessment results are not submitted to Firestore by the app workflow described in this policy.
• App stores and platform providers: Apple, Google, device operating systems, browsers, payment processors, and network providers may process technical, account, payment, diagnostic, crash, purchase, or usage data under their own privacy notices and platform terms. EU AI Compass does not control those separate platform-level processing activities.

Retention and controls

Website local storage remains in the user’s browser until the user clears browser data, resets cookie preferences, or uses browser controls. Mobile app tool inputs, quiz answers, simulation decisions, and assessment results are designed to remain on the device and are not submitted to Move78 International servers. Hosting, CDN, Firebase, app-store, payment, browser, operating-system, and network providers may retain technical logs under their own retention practices.

International processing

Move78 International Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. The website and app may be accessed from different countries, and third-party infrastructure providers may process technical request data in locations determined by their own systems, subprocessors, and legal terms. Users who require a formal data-transfer or procurement review should assess EU AI Compass, the relevant app store, Firebase, hosting, CDN, payment, browser, operating-system, and network providers before production use.

Children’s privacy

EU AI Compass is not directed at children under the age of 16. Move78 International does not knowingly request or collect information from children through the website or mobile app. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information to us should contact us so we can investigate and respond.

Your rights

Because EU AI Compass does not maintain user accounts or central records of tool inputs, quiz answers, simulation decisions, or assessment results, we may have limited or no user-specific records to access, correct, delete, or export. If you believe Move78 International holds personal data about you, contact contact@euaicompass.com and we will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

Website analytics and local storage

Google Analytics is not used in the current website version. The website may use local browser storage for consent choices and selected tool progress. Accepting or rejecting the banner records a local preference only and does not enable Google Analytics.

Updates

We may update this policy when the website, app, platform integrations, payment flows, or third-party services change. The effective date above indicates the latest policy version.
